Polka dots and Olympic fever!

I have had such a busy week with placement and trying to get my house packed up before I move to Finland that I completely forgot to write about my amazing weekend! My lovely boyfriend came to stay in London for the weekend and on Sunday we had a picnic and played PlayStation and watched films and just generally had a lazy day after all the excitement we had on Saturday at the anniversary games for the Olympics! We managed to get tickets on Saturday morning so we had a mad rush to get to Waterloo to pick up the tickets and then a mad rush again to Stratford to get to the Olympic park but it was so worth it! We saw Jessica Ennis and her amazing bum :) Mo Farah winning the 3000m which was unreal and Craig took a video of us both screaming and cheering, it's pretty embarrassing! And we saw the legendary Usain bolt right infront of us warming up for the 4x100m relay! I had such a fun time even though it made me miss the olympics even more...

Dress - Dahlia, Oxford street Topshop
Shoes - JuJu Jellies via Charity shop
Satchel bag - Primark

I got this dress last year for my birthday and I love it, it makes me feel like i'm going somewhere special when I wear it as the material is so lovely! I love Dahlia, their clothes are so prettttty :) My shoes were an absolute bargain, I was browsing a charity shop last week and came across these beauties still with tags on brand new for just £6, I've wanted JuJus for ages but never got round to buying them and I'm glad I didn't, they're really cosy too :) My bag is just a little satchel from primark but it is very roomy and fits in everything really well as it has two sections so perfect for me :) love the colour too!

Lots of love, Toni x

little secrets :)

White cropped vest - Primark basics
Denim cutoffs - Levis via Ebay
Pink high tops - Converse
Kimono style jacket - Primark

I bought this jacket yesterday. I tried it on and my housemate said it looked hideous :( but I fell in love with it, the material is amazing and I love the pattern, it's great to throw on over a simple outfit like this and look like you've made a slight effort! It was slightly pricey for £15 but I did put back a pair of jeans and a dress so that I could buy it - so I didn't spend too much money .. maybe.

I threw this outfit on really quickly to go to the shop and buy ice lollies, as it is absolutely sweltering in London. I have an exam tomorrow so this is a super quick post. Hope everybody is enjoying the sunshine, there's going to be thunderstorms tomorrow which I love :) Anybody got any tips for things to do in London over summer?

you gave me magical

Hiya guys! It's soooo hot in London and next week it's going to be even hotter, today I've been lazing around the garden in my bikini but then we decided to go for a walk, here's my outfit :) Black probably isn't the best colour in the sun but I love this playsuit and I've only worn it once before on a night out, found it lurking at the back of my wardrobe and thought i'd throw it on! My hair has faded so much now, directions hair dye really isn't that great, think i'm going to dye it brown soon ....

Playsuit - Primark last summer

Creeper style shoes - Miss Selfridge via Ebay

Frilly ankle socks - Old not sure where from

Sunglasses - George at Asda

Hope everybody is managing to enjoy the lovely weather! Have a nice day :) Toni x

Wishlist number 2!

I haven't done much online shopping lately because I have no pennies ): There's so many lovely clothes and shoes that I want right now though! Also I don't want to buy lots of summery clothes because I'm moving to Finland at the end of August and I'm going to really cold in all my lovely dresses ...

ASOS swing vest dress, 'I wanna be adored': I love the stone roses and this song! This dress is really cute and would look great with doc martens or sandals! It looks really comfy and would be great just to throw on over leggings as well on a lazy day!

Natural pretty things, cloud ring: I am so in love with every item of jewellery from this store, naturalprettythings! You should check it out, I really love the dandelion necklace too!

Ebay, wedge peep toe heels: I love how 90's these wedges look, they also do them in black which are equally as nice! At only £27.99  I think they're a bargain. I don't really own any white heels or wedges so I think they'd be a great addition to my shoe collection! Apart from the fact that they would probably get ruined really quickly because of their colour.

ASOS shirt dress: This dress is super pretty and as with the other one looks really quick to throw on with some sandals in the summer and still look great! I own a lot of blouses but only one or two shirt dresses so I think I could possibly justify buying this.. maybe!

Link me to your summer wishlist posts and I will check them out! Have a lovely day :)

Sunny London :)

So today the weather in London has been absolutely beautiful, in fact it’s been like this all week but I’ve been working – boo :( So today was the first day I’ve managed to spend in the sunshine. Me and my housemate Trudy went to Hampstead heath, which is my favourite place in the whole of London and had a little picnic and gossiped and sunbathed, it was lovely! Here’s some photos from today :)

Dress – HnM
Boots – Doc Martens
Necklace – Vivienne Westwood

I got the dress from HnM a little while back and I haven't been very keen on it but today I decided to try it out and I think it looked quite nice paired with my black doc martens although not very summery! My boots were an old friends and he gave them to me because they didn't fit him anymore, I love them and they are extremely cosy :) My necklace is Vivienne Westwood and I got it on ebay really cheap, absolute bargain!

Does anybody else love Hampstead Heath as much as I do? :)

Outfit of the day!

I woke up this morning with the sun beaming through my windows and despite having no plans to leave the house today, I decided to go for a little walk in the sunshine :)

Dungarees - Ebay
Shirt - Vivienne Westwood
Tights - A little boutique store in Liverpool (I've forgot the name)
Shoes - Ebay

A couple of years ago, I bought some dungarees from the urban renewal section in Urban Outfitters and then  me and my boyfriend were staying in a hotel in Loughborough and I went to put them on and they ripped right across the bum (I eat too much cake)... Since then I've been searching for a cheap baggy pair of dungarees and managed to get these for about ten pounds on Ebay, they're slightly big but super comfy!
My shirt is Vivienne Westwood and it's one of my favourite items of clothing - I got it at London Fashion week in 2012 for half price, it's so beautiful. I love lace and tights so when I saw these white lace ones in Liverpool, I had to have them, they look really cute with summery dresses and converse!

I am in love with my shoes. One of my 'style icons' is Alexa Chung and when I saw her wearing the Charlotte Olympia cat shoes a couple of years ago I fell in love with them!

Anybody who knows me knows that I love cats and shoes so cats ON shoes are perfect! My mum got me a pair of dupes for christmas, she found them on  ebay for just £9.99. I love ebay!

Hope you enjoyed my post, have a lovely day in the sunshine!
